Where to go for 90K maintanence for Toyota Camry? Thanks

I live in sunnyvale, CA. This monday I took my car to sunnyvale toyota dealer.
I was told I need o pay $2000 to fix the problem they found. I can't believe it, since 1999 camry only run 80K miles. My question, where can I take the car for the second oppion? do I have to go to another toyota dealer? Any recommendation will be greatly appreciated.
