老说拉美化的美国。我倒是觉得美国引进一些干活的非移/合移，类似中国的农民工，以后日子红火着呢

引进一些有限权利的非移民或者合法移民，他们的待遇类似于农民工。感觉像中国一样发展4%，5%的GDP，红红火火。LOL
