第一次坐房东就遇到骗子

第一次买房出租，找中介出租房condo, 有个租客credit score 700+ w2 12 万，对方没看房，就交了两月押金，签了合同。交材料给大楼审批。申请费550

 

今天大楼通知这人credit score 310!!!!

 

我不明白这人能骗到什么？第一月房租我肯定不退的 他骗到什么？
