四两坨

云腿月饼是云南特产，原料是著名的宣威火腿，饼皮类似酥皮型吧，又香又鲜。

传统的云腿月饼被称作“四两坨”，每个四两重，换算成公制单位是125克。我按3:2的比例配的皮跟馅。火腿用了咸度最低的一种Prosciutto，猪油是自家炼的嘻嘻

 

今年做了两轮16个，再放一张去年的照片
