德州牛排不错，嘿嘿，不过我吃来吃去发现还是我自己做的最好吃。

选贵一点的牛肉，Costco 22刀一磅的就很好，用老美腌制牛排的混合盐提前10分钟左右两面腌一下就好，铁锅烧热放进去，第一面第一分钟不盖盖子，第二分钟盖盖共两分钟，另外一面不盖盖一分钟就好。
