我这里律师们对朱海洋案子辩护的点评

很可惜两个风华正茂的年轻人以这种方式闻名于世。女孩已经去了，我们回天无力。。。可惜，可惜，可惜。。。可那２５岁的大男孩还活着，他有我们新老留学生共同经历的学涯苦海，努力拚搏，出类拔萃，上下求索的经历和心路历程，我们痛恨他走极端残暴血腥之余，也要想法控制已经造成的危害，将之降低到最低程度才对。

我这里的律师说，象他这种案子的案例很多，就拿当年亚利桑那州那个杀妻的犹太人说吧，他就是以“临时精神疯狂混乱”为辩护点，辩护成功，只接受了几年的精神病院入院治疗，按亚利桑那州当时的法律，他连监狱都没进。

还有著名的企图枪杀里根总统案凶手，也是以“临时精神疯狂混乱”得以逃出终身牢房生涯。

有心人可以google 一下 Temporary insanity cases.

朱海洋案子很可能让国人更加了解美国的司法系统如何操作。他需要钱，雇好的律师，需要好运气碰上好的陪审团+糟糕的检方人员，还需要法官能给控方辩护机会。

朱海洋将来要是能成自由人，希望他能吸取教训，为杨馨的父母做点什么，这也算这噩梦一样事件不算太坏的结果吧？
