再挖个坑，也挺让人纠结的

两个律师，Michael Cohen 和 Keith Davidson，

一个是川普的律师，另一个是艳星Stormy Daniels的律师

一个在纽约， 另一个在加州

两人之间通话，Michael Cohen把通话内容录了下来。

通话是在纽约和加州之间发生的

"Attorney Davidson never consented to any recordings of his conversations with Mr. Cohen. If they in fact do exist, Attorney Davidson will pursue all his legal rights under the law,"

但是在纽约州，录音只需要一个人的 consent，而在加州，却需要两人同时consent

这个官司如果打起来的话，用哪个州的法律啊？， 还是用联邦法律？
