working in the government --- slow working, sometimes not so smart colleagues (compared to private sector), also once you start working in the federal government, you are kind of stuck there --- the private sector will not value your skills (they know you do not work much in the government, most of the day is spent on meaningless meetings or writing meaningless reports...)......
