in USA, if you are firefighter, you work 30 years and then you can get 90% of your highest annual salary before your retirement. Like Los Angeles county hospital they used to have 100% retirement plan, called PLAN A, when you retire from that PLAN A, you got 100% of your highest salary of your annual salary. In USA, VA hospital if you work for VA hospital for twenty years, when you retire, you also got 100% salary. Plus, you can get healthcare coverage for your whole family too(including medical dental,vision)
