房地产销售员执照考试

俺老地主炒房也有快十年的历史了,可一直没有考个执照.每次买房都得找一个经纪人.我几乎每次都是自己找好的房子,经纪人来签个约,连过户都是我自己搞定.经纪人跑一趟,就拿走一半的回扣, 就这样,有的人还满口怨言.
经济上吃点小亏也就罢了,可气的是有的经纪人有他(她)自己的主意,非要按他的价格报.还有的一耽误就好几天,黄花菜都凉了.我也因此错过了好几次机会.

于是,俺老地主下决心考个照.

先是找本书,猛看了两遍. 无奈自学不让成才,非得有学校的学分不可.又得上了个网上的学校,拿了个毕业证,这才有资格参加州里的考试.

俺老地主愚钝,不打无准备之仗.把练习题反复做了两遍,才赶着自己上了架.

先是州里的试题.赶觉有点难.反正拿不准的就MARK.等都做完了50道题目,也就十来个MARK.心想没问题了.

然后是全国考试.感觉是凉拌黄瓜-小菜一碟.用了一半时间,就完了.

出了里门,工作人员说了声祝贺,给了两份单子,和一份表.就算考过了.

第二天星期一,找了个BROKER,把申请表和$170块申请费寄出去.

一个星期,也就是今天或明天,俺老地主就是房地产销售员了.
