向国内亲戚借钱 ？？

有一个表姐夫，民营企业家，在国内事业有成，他创办的企业，年营业额10亿人民币。

以前在国内一起考过GRE，TOEFL。十多年了仅仅通过一次电话。

张口借钱是否太唐突？
