Showing off again? 1.5x income, this is my point

For a typical Chinese two income family, a house of 1.5 x income is good enough. Also, in this economical environment, two white collar jobs have quite a risk of losing one.

In case of two physician family, a house of 1x income is good enough. For God's sake, we are Chinese. We grew up in poverty and carry frugality gege. Giving you a mansion, you either don't know how to decorate it or decorate it too cheap.
