is not a clinical dermatologist, and not seeing patients at all do better than the dermatologist you have taken your son to see?

I have said that I can provide some general advice on certain skin conditions. But for those well-known, and sometimes difficult to treat common skin conditions, partcularly if you have seen the specialist, then I can be useless in that regard. Because it's just not in my area of expertise. But if there is a case with skin biopsy done, and there is some issues regarding the histologic diagnsois, then it's really in my field. I love that.

That's why I don't comment on treatment on conditions like acne, baby eczema, atopic dermatitis, etc.

But I understand your frustration very well. Yes, acne is related to high levels of testosterone, but also many other factors.
