我也来问问李医生和同学们，你家的房子一个月要多少钱维持？

我是指gas, electricity, lawn/garden maintenance, telephone, cable/fiber, water, etc. 什么地方坏了要修和大大小小的home improvement不算在内。

前面那位女同学说她家平均一个月要１０００刀，我赶紧反思了一下我家的花销，比她家可要少多了呢。

每月

phone: $70 (home phone + cell + phone card)

gas: around $250 in winter and $15 in summer.

electricity: $150 to $250

water: $20

cable (TV+Internet): $80

lawn: $100 (mowing + fertilization)

Total: $600 _:$
