any people in NJ wants to buy a house at Bridgewater?

We went to a house to buy a used table saw, and I fell in love with the house immediately. I did not see the inside, but based on what the guy sold us, he must be a really handy man. I wish I did not buy my house yet.

House built ~1982? ~2700 sqft, hardwood floor, basement, a pretty yard, swimming pool, and a garden! Only ask for USD500k. I went to the listing website, the price there is still 575k. But at cyberhome it is already 500k. The school is bridgewater, not a bad one.

Unfortunately I do not have my money now.
