请注意:

根据你家烤箱的功率。适当调整温度和时间

我家的减掉25F,烤了15分钟。 最后10分钟看着,表面变黄色牙签干净就赶快关炉子拿出来

很容易表面烤焦就不好看了

另外我个人觉得凉后回油更好吃

等冷时上面盖张薄膜,不要让它干掉变硬

黄油一定要冷的,不然烤出来的会硬实。

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, cut into cubes
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup diced ham*
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat; set aside.

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, garlic powder and salt. Add cold butter, using your fingers to work the butter into the dry ingredients until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  2. Stir in buttermilk, cheese, ham and chives until a soft dough forms.
  3. Working on a lightly floured surface, knead the dough 3-4 times until it comes together. Using a rolling pill, roll the dough into an 8″ circle, about 1-inch thick, and cut into 8 wedges.
  4. Place scones onto the prepared baking sheet. Place into oven and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until firm to the touch and lightly browned.
  5. Serve immediately.
