could you let me know where roughly it is and how many sq ft, and how many bedroom, bathroom, please

I have a townhouse, looks much much better, and market valued at $350,000, in greater DC, close to the weaton metro station, with 1450 sq ft, 3 bedrm, 2.5 ba, but could not rent as high as yours.
