家常简便菜：海鲜喔格哈腾

这道菜的准备时间只要五分钟，然后就可以放进烤箱了。烤的时候，可以去准备个炒蔬菜或者沙拉。

仙贝和去壳虾平码在烤盘里。日本面包屑panko里加上盐，胡椒，蒜末儿，半个柠檬汁，黄油。拌好的面包屑铺在海鲜上。425度，15分钟，表面有点金黄就好了。
