今天收到牙医诊所寄来的账单，大家看看怎么dispute?

我的牙医让我做deep cleaning,我的保险公司应该是负责cover的，加上她说了一大通理由，我就做了。结果她去claim的时候可能是没有说原因，也可能是保险公司认为她说的有问题，就没有付。

另外上次我找她补完牙后那颗牙敏感，吃东西特别是吃肉或稍硬的东西会疼。以前我的牙从来没有过这种问题，就是她补的那颗也没有过，因为龉齿的地方很小，以前的医生都没有强烈建议过要补。我现在挺生气的，因为要我付超过七百元，我现在都想在Illinois State Board of Dentistry 提交正式的complaint了。其实这家诊所以前我去过，很不错，只是中间我去加州工作，记不清是原来是哪个医生了，就用的现在这个医生。我觉得她人还挺认真的，手法一般，但是有点缺乏实践经验，很教条。最重要是办事太糊涂了，这么多的钱也不搞搞清楚。大家看我怎么才能正确地dispute呢？谢谢大家了。
