中秋节晚餐

今年有点忙，只做了一款老公爱吃的 鲜肉月饼

 

面包碗海鲜汤（自己做的面包）

 

葱姜龙虾

 

蜜汁鸡腿

还做了松茸炖蛋，黄瓜拌山药

 

面包碗的方子：

我觉得买了厨师机后做面包真是太简单了，

这个面包碗的方子：（8个碗）

1/3杯 鲜奶油 + 1 1/2 杯水，1 大匙 发酵粉，2 大匙糖，1 茶 盐

1 个大鸡蛋，3 杯高筋面粉，1 杯全麦面粉

做法：全部材料放厨师机里，先和面 10 分钟，停 5 分钟，再和面 15 分钟，

加盖室温发酵 1 小时至 2 倍大，拿出来整形，擀开、卷起，两次，再整成圆

之后再二次室温发酵 40 分钟 - 1 小时（这个要视温度，夏天就快一点）

刷蛋液，撒芝麻

烤箱预热至 350 度，烤 35 分钟（因为要做面包碗，所以多烤了10分钟）
