请问大家 怎么拆掉洗碗机

8年新的洗碗机，从来没用过。这个机器过几个星期里面就积了好多水，还要时常空转一下，不然漏水。想把它拆掉，如何操作?

说明一下，这是我们买的二手房，开始没什么问题，最近洗碗机开始漏水。
