It has an attractive price. This will be the major reason for buying house in this condition.

Ask you questions like: Do I have problem to get spleep? Do I lose concentration while not that quiet? et al.

Also go to house during rush hour and at other different time (even like around 11pm), find out how noisy it is there.

One of house we liked was on a busy local road. During rush hour, noise from road can be clearly heard in dinning room and it was difficult to get across the road because of heavy traffic. That is the reason we gave up on it.
