建房挡住邻家房的光线，法院让房主把房拆掉

A judge ruled that the home built by Joseph and Sarah Sapienza (pictured) violated housing laws in the McKennan Park Historic District of the City of Sioux Falls, in South Dakota

A couple has been ordered to move or tear down their dream mansion (left) after they built it too close to their neighbors

 

 

Pierce and Barbara McDowell complained that the Sapienzas' huge home towered over theirs, blocking out natural sunlight
