2016 圣诞晚餐及餐台布置～～

岁月静好，春夏秋冬又一年：）.

今年的Christmas Eve Dinner

5个头盘：

Cheese Plate

Crab Cake Stuffed Shrimp

Cheesy Shrimp Ciabatta

Bourbon Chicken Liver Pate

Membrillo (Quince Paste) & Manchego Cheese

2个配菜：

Loaded scalloped potatoes

Apple Cider Beans

2个主菜：

Individual Beef Wellington

Chicken Cordon Bleu Rolls

1个甜点：

Strawberry Santas

做5个头盘，是想到叫孩子们早点过来，边吃边聊天. 主菜的单个威灵顿牛排及鸡肉卷，吃之前再烤. 牛排还是提前在Whole foods 预定的grass fed tenderloin. 每次在选择菜单时，我都会考虑到所选各个菜所需要的时间，也考虑到各个菜的先后顺序，及在时间上最大限度的合理分配, 有条不紊.

食物部份：

1. 给Kids做的

 

2. 头盘之一：三种cheese, 两种Salami. 左边的是丹麦的Aged Havarti，中间的是瑞士的Gruyere, 右边的是英国的Cheddar.

 

3. 头盘之二：Crab Cake Stuffed Shrimp

 

4. 头盘之三：Cheesy Shrimp Ciabatta

 

5.头盘之四：自己做的Chicken Liver Pate ,用来抹面包

Creamy & Silk-Smooth

 

6.头盘之五： Membrillo (Quince Paste) & Manchego Cheese,在西班牙Quince paste 一般是切片跟Manchego 一起搭配着食用

 

7. 配菜之一：Loaded scalloped potatoes,PP是进烤箱前拍的

 

8. 配菜之二：Apple Cider Beans. 这个豆豆很好吃，博客上以前贴过

 

9. 主菜之一的Individual Beef Wellington. 还有个鸡肉卷没有拍

 

10. 甜点，意思的做了下，甜点在我们家一直就没有人吃，以前除了我还要借机会吃点，我今年开始也戒了，今年一年我就吃了两三次冰淇凌：）. 这个昨天都没有端出来，都说吃不下了：）. 帽子上搞忘了再点点白色：）

餐台部份：

今年的餐台，以Bling-bling 为主. 对这类布置，现在对我来说不是难事，总是有很多的点子蹦出来：）

11.搜了好几家店，才搜到跟金色charger匹配的带金色的餐巾

 

12. 圣诞树也以蓝色和金色为主调，跟餐台相配

14. 树下给家人准备的礼物. 现在每年圣诞节撤礼物都很热闹：））～
