I did not wow and ah about your house and your neighbor's houses. There is no doubt more than 95% of US households can not afford to live in in the house like yours. You never revealed the actual sell price. The praisal price is a market price that bank uses. However, in your case, the house had never been put on the market before because it is custom-built. If my estimate of $1.05M is too low (which could be the bottom price you definitely need to know), what is the actual price, $1.4M according to your information of $200 sq.? From the moment you bought the house, the price you paid changes the value of your neighbor's houses as well.

You've been here long enough to know that everything has its value and the price on the value can change ove the time. It is more impressive to show your ability of buying low and selling high instead of over-paying. I hope you have paid the right price for your dream house.
