So, "haha" you are happy to see someone is on your side. Of course there are different opinions, and by posting stuff here I am not expecting to have everyone like what they see. It's very normal that people have different taste. But also to be honest with you it doesn't take a second for someone to figure it out who give a sincere opinion (these who like it, and these who don't like it for a genuine reason) and who is just teasing and playing for the sake of entertainment, and who is just simply plain ignorant with lack of the true real estate market and basic knowledge of luxury homes. Despite what being said I have tried many times to educate you on these aspects, but it seems to me that you never get it, and just want to be an idiot in front of everyone here in this home forum.

Dude, Most Florida houses have swimming pools, and it is the owner's responsibility to maintain their swimming pools, either doing it by yourself or hiring someone to do it for you (in our case). And I just don't know what you want to say when you pointed out correctly (good for you this time getting something right) that none of these mansions come with basement, but they all have pools. Yes, you need to spend some extra money for maintaining swimming pools. But what do you mean by saying "surrounding area"? And yes there are CDD and HOA in this community, but that has nothing to do with your swimming pool.

Regarding the selling price of my house. let me just tell you this. None of these houses in this community with size larger then 4,000 SF were sold for less than $200/per SF except few foreclosure ones, and maybe few ones with special situation (such as corporate relocation). Hey, nice try again, but wrong as it has been always.
