I got the same problem 9 years ago. Luckly, the day care actually asked me about the Mongolia birth mark before they reported to social service. The day care asked me if my son fell at home because they saw "bruise" on his butt. I realized that they did not know anything about Mongolia birth mark on Asian babies. I made copies of the articles on birth marks. In your case, I think you need to get something from pediatrician or doctor's office to show that your child is well. Don't worry.
