no matter what, the teach should talk with parents first

Do not the parents deserve a chance to explain ???????

Even if the teacher really believe it's abuse and want help the kid, she/he still should talk to parents and tell them to stop abuse!!!!

Either way, you can not just go by or behind the parents. Try do that to your boss, see what happens!!!!!
