need your advice on house investment

Recently, my hu*****and bought 2 townhouses for investment property (all in cash), and he now wants to buy the 3rd one at around 250K, (we must borrow money from bank, our primary residense was paid off already), what you think about the current house market? the 1st one he bought at $265K already dropped down to only $250K in just one month, (VA) is it a good time to buy the 3rd one now? need your advice.
