烧白面，－－跟好这口的拉仇恨：））

中国店看到有豆苗卖，就想给自己做碗麻辣小面用豆苗打底；烧白也想吃了，买块带皮五花肉，蒸烧白. 烧白面里面烧白麻辣小面都齐了：）

昨天晚饭后把烧白蒸好，蒸了三个小时，今天再加热，烧白入口即化，一点不腻. 面条按正常方法煮好，把烧白及梅干菜放面条上即可

健康不健康已是共识，这东西也不是顿顿天天都在吃，不用天天讲月月讲，反反复复的讲：）. 还得看哈食用量呢：）. 我自己的看法是高糖高碳水的东西才更应该注意
