Don't save money for greedy people. You should give the same amount of money to both family unless there is some emergency. Even if your parents does not want the money, tell them to save the money for you, in case you need it in the future.

As the money to your brother-in-law, if you cannot change your hu*****and mind, then you need to insist to send the same amount of money to your family.
