如果seller同意修的地方没修,而他告诉我们他已经联系了contractor,但天冷,所以closing之前没发修,我们应该怎么办呢?

ask for check? or ask for receipt? or ask for putting money in the escrow account?

Which one is the best solution or do you have any better solution for it?

Really appreciated any suggestions.
