能不能相信sale agent的话？看中一个银行回收房，sale agent

告诉我们有两个offers,总催我们报价，一次比一次高。
我们不知道他说得是不是实话，如果我们找个buyer agent,有没有可能buyer agent能看到些什么我们看不到的信息？？？
