need advice on which house to buy!!

for some reason, my Chinese software doesn't work, so I have to type in English here:

I have two choices here:
house A:in pretty good neighborhood, it's on the cheap side in the nbrhood. others are from 300k to 600k, it asks for 390k. the sqft is about 2500, the yard is big(0.37acre)and beautiful. it's about 19miles to work.the deco inside is very nice too, open and modern, high ceiling, bright. we don't need to change anything.

house B: in good neighborhood too, but older than A. it's on the high end in its nbr. others are 200k to 400k+, it asks for 425k. the sqft is 3500, the yard is huge(0.7acre) and nice. it's about 14 miles to work. the deco is traditional, without high ceiling, but in very good condition. we need to tear out the wallpaper, and maybe other minor changes.

the school systems are the same, both very good.

I like A with the good neiborhood, deco inside, but it's further away. about B I like the size, big rooms, and convenient to work. I can my family live in either one for pretty long period.
