房租升得像火箭一样快

我租房的一年后，房东给我涨了100美圆。我没有说什么，因为我知道都在涨，但没有想到刚半年，房东又要涨150美圆。就是说，半年他就涨了250美圆。我的儿子在上学，还有一年半我才可以搬出这个学区，我想房东也是摸准了这一点。真的不想再搬来搬去。我听说加州有一个法律，说房东涨房租不可以超过10%，不知道是不是真的。请知道这个INFORMATION 的兄弟姐妹告诉一下。
