I live in Pennsylvania. The house is in the Pennsylvania's Yardly town Bucks county. It is on the border of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, 30 minutes driving to the Princeton University or 20 minutes to the Hamilton NJ transit station. I think it is a little far away for your friend to commute to Manhattan every day. In fact, I worked in Manhattan and lived in Pennsylvania before. It usually needs to take 1.5 to 2 hours for door to door. If you are still interested, you can send me the message.
