我下面老印很多呢；）很多人跟我说那个那个好，我问：in what aspect he is good ?

说是：technically strong, and teach people...

But he did 3 things for me, none of them can convince me  that he is excellent...

but an american born  chinese boy is really smart... I love his work and give him a lot of opprotunities although other  people complain about his not-in-the office..... and  I appraise him in front of important people... so that they knwo him.   he is a guy who can be trusted when needed  for emergent work

another ABC: good at  new technology.. but seems  not being valued by people in my company. I always gave opportunites to him... but he is not technically good at tax... I still give him chance ，  help him，  and push him...

I do not like peopole who is good at flattering and not work hard and want to get anything... I take care of chinese as long as I can...
