They would start middle school by then, and that's the most important stage for a child because he need to have made friend and has his own circle by then?...unfortunately for your children, they need to catch up language wise and culture wise...and stay being an outsider in the school..

I often think that five years in China is almost like a gamble..but, if you are sure that you can come back after five years with a well-paying job waiting for you, that would be a different question...but, can you?

Otherwise, if they do their middle and highschool here, their language would not be a problem, eventually..
