请教 : 我和LG谁对？难道买房不是 location, location, location吗？

我和LG两地分居一年，才 搬到一 块，明年初 马上就添宝宝了。最近正看 紧着房子呢。我俩工作的地方 处郊区，房价便宜，学区也不错，二十万能买个3000尺的新房。可 问题是因为有的是空地，房价 基本不 涨。LG觉得住得舒服是最主要的。 可 我 本 着 location, location, location的原则，不想买附近的郊区房，总想买市中心的好 区的房，想着虽然贵，每天上下班 路程 远，可房子能增 值啊。前两天看到一个房，划在全美 top100 high school and exemporary elementray school, asking $560k, 比同区其它房子低了 15%. LG说我有病，放 着附近那么便宜的大房子不 买，非要 买那死贵的市中心的房子，每天上班来回多开30哩，人都累死了。

我的想法 错了吗？ 难道不是 location, location, school district 最重要吗？
