请问：我家的草坪为啥都黄了?

我家的草坪和邻居家的是一样的, 都是百幕大,我也按时浇水,请TrueGreen施肥并锄杂草,可是秋天来了,邻居家的草还是绿的,我家的草坪都是黄的了,象冬天的样子.我们这里是新的小区,草都是两年前种的,但是去年我们并没有这样的现象.请问大家,这会是什么原因呢,我该做些什么?我们这里现在还不冷,最高温度70度吧。谢谢各位了。
