房价总是涨涨落落。没人能买到最低价，也每人能卖到最高价。如果能买的起，就买吧，早enjoy，即使明年再跌点，以后还会涨的。If I were you I would choose the old one with a lot of upgrades, normally the upgrades cost a lot of money, a little bit small doesn't make much difference. But, if you really care about the size take the new one. Just my opinion, hope it would help. Good luck and enjoy!
