周末上菜，又是红烧金鲳鱼

我原本喜欢吃白鲳鱼（北京人把它叫平鱼），可是近年来白鲳鱼越来越少，越来越小，小到跟蝴蝶鱼差不多大了，可是近几年中国城里新出了一种金鲳鱼，样子跟白鲳鱼差不多，可是个子略大些，买了一试吃，味道跟白鲳鱼差不太多，价钱还便宜，网上一查，原来是国内现在捕捞不到白鲳鱼了，于是人工养殖，既然人工养殖，那就养个大点的了，于是现在变成大量养殖金鲳鱼。

现在要想吃野生鱼是越来越难了，那就吃人工养殖的鱼吧。看看我今天做的红烧金鲳鱼：
