I am thinking to buy life insurance

Sorry I could not type Chinese now.
I am thinking to buy $100,000 life insurance for my parents and my hu*****and. Any buy the same amount for me from my hu*****and's life insurance.
But I have a situation. Based on my hu*****and's last divorce agreement, his ex-wife will get 20% of his gross income. And he had to buy 100,000 life insurance for her too.
1. Does it means if I died, she will get 20% of my life insurance? That will be very bad. My parents and my family are sick and old and no income. But they all live in China. I don't know how could I make sure they will get the money. But I know my hu*****and would give them the money so I might only write down his name.
2. How could I make sure if something happen to my hu*****and, his ex-wife will not correct all the life insurance from me?
3. Please don't ask me why not buy more, that is what we can afford.
