看到战乱想到的 - 付清房款

炮火一来, 人要跑房子带不走也换不来钱, 一路逃难要银子打发, 流水一样. 没有现金会很难.

如果其他财产钱不多, 不要付清房款. 紧急情况时房子里的钱是死钱. 

美国安全不会打仗, 但保不准有个啥天灾人祸啥的, 把这份危险留给银行.  

这是俺的理论, 也许过虑了.
