大家好~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~真的是很久沒say HELLO家坛的朋友們了,如果有可能,真的想一一的給

朋友們HUG HUG...我還是老樣子,沒有變,如果說有變的,就是一天比一天老了.:)
還有,朋友們給我的QQH,好多謝你們的關心,我會一一的多謝你們,對不起啊,讓你們掛心.
其實我今年也是比較忙啦,要去做義工,在家有空時做下手工,自娛自樂.
知道很多朋友喜歡看我的過家家. 好~~~~我會慢慢的post出來和朋友們分享.

先上昨天的晚餐吧. 前幾天著煮了一大鍋牛尾stew,昨晚吃的是剩菜.



一大鍋. 先把牛尾加蕃茄燉至嫩,才加其他菜,煮多45分鐘,調味即成.



昨天很熱,做了蘋果青瓜冷湯.

Heirloom番茄.

加了橄欖油和意大利香醋.
