有个租客给我赶在了，他乱养了wild cat(s). 现在整个房子都是 雄猫 spray smell 味. 什么方式能最彻底去猫

有16阶地毯台阶，其他是laminated floors.

租客破坏大概4000元左右，有点想叫insurance company， 可以call my insurance to cover?  

This is condo, i have insurance for owner/landlord.
