请大家再帮我看另一个小区的LOT谢谢! (图)

谢谢大家昨天帮我出主意，选LOT，好像没有一个可以达成统一意见。 现在请大家再帮我看另一个小区的LOT，非常感谢。 我这两天选LOT，已经选的头昏脑涨。 这个新小区，之剩74，75，76，77，78，79。都能造正南正北的房子。 但在75， 76 中间有GAS TANK。在78 前有个阴沟。 大家帮我看看79怎么样？( 但79 是被树林夫盖的，大概要去掉150颗大树，虽然可 以用树作EXCHANGE，但也有多出至少7000$的费用比没有树林的平地)
