Seaside Heights, Bay blvd (35 south, close to JCT 37), there is a free parking space and two deck that you can crabbing there. Most people there use fish as bait. Last time I used chicken bones and got two 6 inches crabs, and all the people there went to A&P and changed their bait to chicken...
