该选择哪个地方执业？

Fellow马上毕业了 （medical doctor)，现在正在找工作，ｐｒｉｖａｔｅ　ｐｒａｃｔｉｃｅ．
目前有几个offer, 大家帮忙参考一下去哪个好
家庭情况：2个孩子，一个middle school, 一个elementary school.
          妻子在家当house wife
          在美国无房产

offer location（base salary):
1. 加州中部沿海小镇 san luis opisbo： $300k, partnership track
2. san diego: $220k, partnership track
3. california temecula $275k, no partnership
4. california fresno $300k, partnership track
5. Pensacola, florida, $300k, partnership track
6. Naples, florida, $300k, partnership track
7. Orlando, florida, $250k, partnership track
8. Stuart, florida, $250k, partnership track

佛州无州税，但是据说家庭收入>230k有无州税对总的交税额影响不大，是这样吗？
