关于给爸妈买的房子 (图)

4500一平方米,三室一厅,120平米我觉得是很好的DEAL, 在五环,将来有地铁线过 三条公交车,可直接去国贸和西站 医院和超市走路可到 小取管理和绿化都很好,锻炼设施也齐全 DOWNPAYMENT班20万(我付的,剩下的父母付,还算我买的:)) 物业费1.65一平米/月 对了一楼送花园,顶楼送半层,但我还是选了三楼~~~~ 以后有空在更新吧
